Hems-4 Helicopter, VH-VAO Warrnambool Air-Ambulance
Another injury in the Wonderland today resulted in Hems-4 based from Warrnambool on it’s first mission to the Grampians, 10 days after it’s start date.
It was a long campaign for south western Victoria to get this machine and were very lucky to get it.
It’s a brilliant machine with a very shiny paint job, at one stage 70mm was’nt wide enough. Taken with the 5D MKII with 70-200mm 2.8.
What I did learn is that I need to get and Extreme III CF card to record images faster.

Some nice photography. Looking forward to photographing this new machine.
